Phantom Blade: Executioners and its relation to Zero

Executioners is a separate side-scrolling action RPG in S-GAME's Phantom World, announced as free-to-play in 2023. That launch announcement lists PS5, PS4, PC, iOS and Android. It is not the PS5/PC game Phantom Blade Zero scheduled for October 29, 2026.
A live website or app listing does not prove a server is accepting logins. Regional and worldwide shutdown claims are not repeated without an official notice.
What is solid
RPG Site's September 28, 2023 launch report names November 2, 2023. The official Executioners site describes Combo Chain options and character class paths, rather than Zero's 3D combat.
Use the official Executioners site for publisher information. The previously linked US Google Play page returned 404 on October 16, 2026 and has been removed. Neither a live website nor a missing regional store page establishes worldwide server availability.
No earlier-game purchase or imported-save requirement is listed for Zero. See the franchise overview instead of treating Executioners as mandatory preparation.
